Our Policy

At OTM Fashion it has always been our policy to treat customers in exactly the same way we like to be treated ourselves. We’ve tried to keep our terms and conditions as brief and readable as possible whilst at the same time making sure, we give you all the information you require, and that we comply with the relevant legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive). You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are expressing an interest in buying the goods you’ve selected for the price shown. Once we receive your order, we’ll check all the goods are available to ship, work out the delivery price and call you to go through the order and take payment. Once payment has been taken a contract will exists between us under which we will supply you with the goods for the agreed price.

How to place an order

To place an order on our website you need to go through the following steps:

  1. Register for an account on our website
  2. Browse through our products and find the product(s) you want to buy
  3. Add the products to you shopping basket
  4. From the shopping cart click to checkout
  5. Fill in your details including name and billing address
  6. Submit your order
  7. You will receive an email from us confirming we have received your order
  8. We’ll call you to confirm delivery prices and take payment


We will supply you with the products you’ve ordered as they are described on this website. In most cases our products are delivered to our customers within 14 days of our receiving an order. We make every attempt to keep the website up-to-date with any changes in the specifications of any products, however occasionally a products specifications may change slightly between different batches. If this is the case with a product you have ordered you will always be informed of this fact and offer you a full refund. We also make every effort to keep our website up-to-date with the latest stock situation so that we can supply any products ordered quickly to our customers. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill any order in less than 30 days we will contact you and offer you a full refund.

How will the goods arrive?

Your goods will arrive in protective packaging and be delivered to the address you specify.


Please note – depending on order size or quantity our shipping cost can vary, in this case once order is placed we can confirm cost.

Standard UK mainland – England, Scotland & Wales

Our UK delivery partner is UPS providing us with a reliable and speedy service, tracked, traced and signed for.

Next day delivery if order is placed before 12am and payment is made by 2pm.

Saturday delivery available at extra cost.

UK cost – we charge £7.50 per box cube up to 18″ x 18″ x 18″ (please note we cannot guarantee how many items e.g. bags we can fit in a box as each item differs. Once order is placed and packed we can confirm exact number of boxes required)

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

Ireland Standard Delivery

£13.00 per carton

Our Ireland delivery partner is UPS or Parcel Force depending on region. They can take up to 2 working days including handling time.

A valid VAT number must be provided for Republic of Ireland customers.

Please note during trade show period deliveries can take longer.

A signature is required for all deliveries.

Channel Islands

Channel Islands Standard Delivery £16

Delivery by UPS can take up to 3 working days including handling time.

Please note during trade show period deliveries can take longer.

A signature is required for all deliveries.

Non UK deliveries Europe/USA/UAE/World-Wide

To provide you with a shipping cost to Europe/USA/UAE and worldwide, we will need to get you the latest shipping cost directly form our partners. In this instance please feel free to place the order and from that we will work out dimensions, weights and time frames. Once a shipping cost is calculated we will contact you to confirm.

Collection or using own shipping agent

Customers are welcome to come and collect orders from our warehouse in Leeds West Yorkshire, no cost is involved we just require prior notice to you wanting to do this.

Also some customers like to use their own shipping agents, we can arrange for you to do this no problem.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, you can request to return the item(s) within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

You can return the item(s) to our warehouse address marked RETURNS DEPT and please leave a note with your company details and reason for return clearly written.

On receipt of the returned items to our warehouse the returns team will inspect the item and any notes. If the item(s) is in stock or fixable we will send the fixed or new item(s) back to you. If your item(s) is unfixable or irreplaceable we will credit your OTM FASHION account with the amount due. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process.

Returns are only accepted in the original resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if worn, de-shaped, de-coloured, customised, misused, washed, or in a non-resalable condition.

The customer is liable for the cost of postage and packaging on a returned item(s) unless they are damaged beyond repair or incorrect. We recommend returning the goods by registered / insured post.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any contract for your purchase from OTM fashion Ltd is governed by and is to be interpreted under English law; you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 21st November 2017. When we change the terms we will keep a copy of these terms on our website that you can access via the links below, allowing you access them at a later date. These terms apply to your order. We may change our term and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
